加味四逆散对肝郁脾虚者可溶性细胞粘附分子-1水平和单核细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察加味四逆散对肝郁脾虚者血清可溶性细胞粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)和单核细胞功能的影响。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法和改良噻唑蓝法对 60例肝郁脾虚者血清sICAM 1和白细胞介素 15(IL 15)及单核细胞抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒反应 (ADCC)进行检测。结果　肝郁脾虚者血清sICAM 1水平升高 ,IL 15分泌减少 ,ADCC功能下降 ,表现为免疫功能低下。经加味四逆散治疗后 ,上述指标恢复正常。结论　加味四逆散健脾舒肝 。Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei S in i Powder (JSP) on blood levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sI CAM-1) and function of monocytes. Methods In 60 cases of liver-stagnancy with spleen deficiency (LSSD), the blood levels of sICAM-1, interleukin-15 (IL-15) and monocyte anti body-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) were determined by enzyme-li nked immunosorbent assay and modified thiazole blue test. Results The blood levels of sICAM was increased, the secretion of IL-15 decreased and monocyte ADCC reduced in the patients with LSSD. But aft er treatment by JSP, all the above-mentioned parameters were normalized. Conclusion JSP could enhance immune function of organism by str engthening the spleen and soothing the liver.
