摘  要:目的 通过检测临床诊断为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(以下简称HIE)患儿血浆中IL-6的浓度,并以头颅CT和新生儿行为神经测定(以下简称NBNA)作为判定脑损害程度的标准,探讨HIE患儿早期血浆IL-6浓度与脑损害的关系。方法 检测不同程度HIE患儿及对照组生后3天内的血浆IL-6,并于生后第4天和第4周时做头颅CT和NBNA测查。结果 轻度与中度HIE组IL-6水平与对照组差异有显著性,但4周时NBNA评分及头颅CT异常率差异无显著性,而重度HIE组早期IL-6水平与其他各组相比差异显著,4周时头颅CT及NBNA评分异常率亦明显升高。结论 IL-6参与HIE的病理生理过程,早期血浆IL-6水平与脑损伤程度及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the relation between initial IL-6 in plasma and brain damage by intracranial CT and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment among the Neonatal Hypoxie-isehemic (HIE). Methods To test IL-6 in plasma during 3 days after birth among groups who get different degrees of HIE and control group. CT and NBNA were taken on the forth day and the forth week after birth. Results There was significant difference among the slight, moderate HIE groups and control groups about IL-6 in plasma. But in the forth week, there was no obvious difference among them about CT and NBNA. In the serious group, the initial IL-6 in plasma had inereased obviously and in the forth week after birth, the CT and NBNA had also definite abnormality.Conclusion IL-6 takes part in the pathological-physiological process in the HIE, there is close relationship between initial IL-6 in plasma and the brain darnage as well as the long-term prognosis.
