摘  要:利用多靶离子束真空溅射技术制备平面结构为"铁磁金属/非磁性绝缘体/铁磁金属"的纳米多层膜样品.在室温下研究了样品的电磁输运特性.测量了样品的磁致电阻、垂直和平行样品膜面方向的电磁输运特性.研究结果显示了纳米金属磁性多层膜材料的微结构空间位置相关性和电磁输运过程奇异的非定域特性.A series of metallic magnetic multilayers samples composed of alternating ferro magnetic and non-magnetic materials were fabricated using multitarget ion-beam sputtering technique. The base pressure of the vacuum chamber equipped with Kauffman ion-gun was 40×10^(-4) Pa and the sputtering Ar-ion pressure was 20×10^(-2) Pa. The magnetoresistance and electromagnetic transmission characteristic of samples were analyzed at room temperature. The V-I character of the samples were measured with current perpendicular to the layer planes and current in the layer planes under zero magnetic field respectively. The microstructure space dependence and non-localization electromagnetic transmission were found, which demonstrated the mesoscopic characteristic of the nanometer magnetic multilayers materials.
