烧伤重症监护单元对严重烧伤早期救治作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨提高严重烧伤早期救治的疗效措施。方法 :总结分析烧伤重症监护单元 (burnintensivecareunit,BICU)成立前后各两年收治的伤后 3天内入院严重烧伤病例资料 ,A组住抢救室 ,B组住BICU ,比较其救治方法及疗效。结果 :两组病例伤情具有可比性 ,治疗原则类同 ,但患者接受救治模式有所变化 ,治疗和监护手段更加深入、细腻和得力 ,缩短了持续少尿和无尿时间 ,内脏并发症例次数减少 ,休克期切痂机会增加 ,治愈率提高 ,总花费无明显增加。结论 :BICU较重症监护单元 (intensivecareunit ,ICU)更加专业化 ,对严重烧伤早期救治起积极作用 ,为后续治疗打下良好基础 ,明显提高抢救质量和总治愈率。Objective: To improve the early cure effect in serious burn.Methods: Analyze the serious burn cases,who were injured within three darys,before and after the burn intensive care unit (BICU) had been set up for two years.Compare the cure methods and effect.The cases in a group were in hospital in rescue room,whereas the cases in B group in BICU.Results: The cases in two groups were comparable and had the same treatment principle.But the cases in BICU had different cure mode.The treatment and custody method were more thorough,delicate and effective.The case had a short period of uropenia and anuria,less internal organs complications,more opportunity to excise in shock stage and more cure rate.What's more,the total expensive didn't increase obviously.Conclusion: BICU plays a postive and basic role in early cure for serious burn,which improves the rescue quality and the total cure rate.
