摘　　要：为探讨重金属诱导家蚕细胞凋亡机制 ,用不同浓度的CdCl2 ,对家蚕细胞 (BmN)进行诱导 ,并采用Giemsa染色形态学方法 ,研究其细胞凋亡。结果表明 :由于重金属离子的胁迫作用 ,不同浓度下其细胞死亡率不同 ,36μmol/LCdCl2 作用 2 4h 。The morphological characteristics of cell apoptosis were studied with BmN cells induced by different CdCl 2 concentrations by means of Giemsa staining. The results demonstrated that the ratio of cell death was increased with the increasing concentrations of CdCl 2. The nuclear membrane folds and apoptosis bodies were observed under 36 μmol/L within 24 hours.
