家蚕18项血液生理生化性状的杂种优势分析

摘　　要：测定了家蚕 3对现行品种及其杂交种的 18项血液生理生化指标 ,计算其杂种优势指数。发现 13项指标呈正负超亲优势 ,其中 :葡萄糖含量有较高的正超亲优势 ;钙、无机磷及球蛋白含量与乳酸脱氢酶活性基本没有杂种优势 ;谷丙转氨酶等 8项性状表现正杂种优势的趋势较强 ;尿酸等 4项性状则表现负超亲优势的趋势较强。按代谢类型分 :蛋白质代谢相关的 9项性状中呈现正负超亲优势的有 5～ 8项 ,占 5 5 .6 %～ 88.9% ;能量代谢相关的 6项中有 2～ 5项 ,占 33.3%～ 83.3% ;脂代谢相关的 2项中有 1项呈负超亲优势 ,占 5 0 %。Eighteen biochemical indices in silkworm's haemolymph metabolism of six parental races and their three hybrids were determined from which the vigorous index was calculated. It has been found out that thirteen of eighteen characters are positive or negative heterobeltiosis, among which, glucose content showed relatively higher positive heterobeltiosis while contents of calcium, inorganic phosphorus and globulin and activity of LDH showed no heterosis, and activity of ALT and other seven characters showed higher trends of positive heterosis, but content of uric acid and other three characters showed higher trends of negative heterobeltiosis. Further analysis revealed that five to eight of nine characters in protein metabolism, about 55.6%～88.9%, are heterobeltiosis, also, two to five of six, 33.3%～83.3% in energetic metabolism, and one of two in fat metabolism is the same heterobeltiosis. Thus we demonstrated definitely that the large amount of heterosis in silk and cocoon production of silkworm was based on hybrid's vigorous metabolism.
