摘  要:采用铬渣冷固结球团方法来处理铬渣,研究了不同原料配比的铬渣冷固结球团的成球性能和强度,并用煤气进行了球团的还原实验。结果表明:铬渣的成球性能较好,在自然养护20d后,球团的抗压强度可达30kg/球以上。在900℃用煤气还原铬渣冷固结球团后,铬渣中的Cr^(6+)含量在5mg/L以下;在1 200℃还原后,有的铬渣中未检出Cr^(6+),铬渣完全解毒。还原后的铬渣冷固结球团可进行综合利用。Chromium residue belongs to a category of hazardous waste that is most harmful to human health and environment. Thus it must be treated effectively. In this paper, chromium residue was disposed by cold agglomerating pellets, formation of pellets and intensity of chromium residue pellets with different composition and a reducing test by coal gas have been discussed. The experimental result described that the chromium residue finished product was high. Over 20 days of maintenance, pellet intensity reached over 30kg/ pellet. After the pellet reduced by gas at 900℃, the content of Cr64 in the pellet was under 5ppm, after reducing by gas at 1200℃, the Cr64 of some pellets was too little to be detected. Once the pellets have been detoxified, they could be recycled for other pur- poses.
