摘  要:目的 探讨稀土暴露对稀土暴露区非稀土作业居民细胞免疫的影响。方法选择稀土矿区居民和对照区居民作为研究对象 ,用电感藕合等离子体质谱法测定其血液中的稀土含量 ,同时用流式细胞仪测定其T细胞亚群和NK细胞百分比。结果 稀土暴露组成人的CD3+和CD8+细胞 [分别为 ( 5 3.2 6± 7.4 4 ) %和 ( 2 2 .19± 5 .34) % ]分别低于对照组成人的CD3+和CD8+细胞 [分别为 ( 6 0 .83± 7.6 3) %和 ( 2 6 .97± 6 .31) % ],差别有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与对照组相比稀土暴露组成人的CD4 +/CD8+比值有升高趋势 ;两组间的CD4 +细胞和NK细胞百分比均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。多元逐步回归分析表明血稀土总含量是造成受试者CD8+细胞数发生变化的影响因素之一。结论 :稀土暴露对人体的细胞免疫功能有一定提高作用。Objective To study the effect of rare earth exposure on human cellular immunity.Metholds Villagers from the rare earth mine lot and from control village were randomly selected as exposure group and control group respectively.The blood content of rare earth was determined by inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometry(ICP MS).T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).Results CD3 + cells and CD8 + cells in the blood of exposure group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(53.26±7.44)% VS (60.83±7.63)%],[(22.19±5.34)% VS(26.97±6.31)%] respectively, P <0.05).The ratio of CD4 + to CD8 + in the exposure had tendency to rise when compared to that in the control group.Both the percentages of CD4 + cells and CD8 + cells between two groups had not significant difference( P > 0.05 ).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis indicated that the blood rare earth content is one of the impacting factors of CD8 + cells.Conclusion Rare earth exposure has certain promotive effect on human cellular immunity.
