摘  要:目的:研究胎儿中枢神经系统内BaxmRNA的表达对正常神经系统发育的调控作用。方法:用地高辛标记的BaxcRNA探针原位杂交组织化学技术,检测12~39周胎儿中枢神经系统内BaxmRNA的表达情况。结果:BaxmRNA广泛分布于发育中的胎儿大脑皮质、小脑皮质和脊髓,在人胎儿程序化细胞死亡的两次高峰期,分别为第12周(大脑皮质93.41±10.21,小脑皮质65.75±7.48,脊髓85.46±9.83)和第39周(大脑皮质57.96±6.50,小脑皮质47.39±6.96,脊髓54.55±6.47),均伴有BaxmR-NA的表达升高。结论:Bax参与了对正常神经系统发育中细胞数量的调控。AIM: To study the effect of Bax mRNA expression in human fetal central nervous system(CNS) for regulation of the development of normal nervous system. METHODS:Using in situ hybridization, the Bax mRNA expression in CNS of fetus ranging from 12 to 39 weeks of gestation was examined through digoxingenin labelled bax cRNA probe. RESULTS:It was showed that Bax mRNA was widespread in all brain areas examined, including cortex of cerebrum and cerebellum, as well as the spinal cord. It was also found that the amounts of cell death were 93.41±10.21 in cerebrum cortex, 65.75±7.48 in cerebellum cortex and 85.46±9.83 in spinal cord at 12 weeks, and 57.96±6.50, 47.39±6.96 and 54.55±6.47 respectively at 39 weeks, both along with the increased expression of Bax mRNA. CONCLUSION: Bax is involved in regulating the number of cells during the development of normal nervous system.
