摘　　要：目的:探讨限制吸烟对胫骨骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响。方法:选择96例经模型外部固定或交锁骨髓内钉固定治疗的胫骨骨折患者,在相同康复治疗下观察54例吸烟患者和42例限制吸烟患者的骨折愈合和功能恢复效果。结果:吸烟组平均愈合时间(267±10)d明显长于限制吸烟组(136±9)d,(t=2.30,P<0.05),两组功能恢复效果(吸烟组:优22例,差9例;限制吸烟组:优22例,差1例)比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=8.81,P<0.05;χ2=13.56,P<0.01)。结论:限制吸烟可缩短骨折愈合时间,对骨折后的功能恢复有积极意义。AIM:To explore the effect of limitation of smoking on healing of tibial fracture and functional recovery. CONCLUSION: Limitation of smoking can shorten the healing period,and is of active significance of functional recovery after fracture.
