摘 要:临南油田产出水矿化度高 ,所含成分具有强腐蚀、结垢倾向 ,注入水严重不达标 ,给油田开发带来一系列问题。文中分析了临南油田的腐蚀结垢原因 ,介绍了注入水水质改性的工艺原理、室内评价及改性过程 ;注入水改性后 ,水质发生了根本性的变化 ,管网、井筒腐蚀结垢减轻 ,注水井注水状况好转 ,低渗油藏水驱动用储量增加 ,油田开发指标变好 。The produced-water salinity in Lin-nan oil field is very high,its component has strong corrosion and scaling tend,the injection water causes a series of problems because of its below standard seriously.The paper analyses the reason of the corrosion and scaling in Lin-nan oilfield,and introduces the technique principle,the test evaluate and the modification progress of the injection water quality modification.The water quality is radically changed by modification,it make the corrosion and scaling of the piping system and well bore reduce,improves the water flooding condition of the injection well,increases the waterflood producing reserves of the low permeability oil reservoir and make the field development index better.Meanwhile,the technique produces positive impact on improving the development effect.
