摘　　要：城市土地经营,就是将经营理念贯穿于城市规划、建设和管理的全过程,注重把城市的有形资本和无形资本,特别是城市土地这种有限的自然资源变成城市建设最大的财富。运用市场机制进行优化配置,最大限度地发挥城市有限资源的作用,提高城市资源利用的经济效益和社会效益,加快城市化的发展进程。The city land operation,to pierce through the principle of management in the city planning.developments with the whole process that manage.make a point of to becomes the tangible capital of the city with the intangible capital,especially biggest wealth in developments in city of this kind of limited nature in land in city resources.The application market mechanism proceeds the excellent turning installs,biggest limit a function for developping limited resources in city,the economic per- formance of the exaltation city using of resource with social performance,quickly the development progress that city turn.
