摘  要:目的 :探讨不同病原微生物的急性感染对小儿发热起始时间 (beginning time offever,BTF)的影响。方法 :对满足临床要求的 70 9例患儿进行病史采集、体检和相关检测等 ,以了解不同年龄、不同系统、不同感染原之间的关系及BTF的分布特点。结果 :不同年龄患儿各系统暴露及各系统感染病原类型无差别 ,但不同病原所致 BTF分布时段不同 ,细菌感染者多出现在 6 :0 0~ 12 :0 0时 ,病毒感染者多出现在 18:0 0~ 2 4 :0 0时 ,有统计学意义 P<0 .0 5。结论 :根据 BTF可早期初步区别病毒和细菌感染。Objective:To discuss the effects of acute infection from different microorganism on the beginning time of fever in children.Method:709 children meeting the clinical request were analyzed incluing history colletion,physical examination and other examinations,to investigate the relationsips between ages,systems and organisms, and to explore the distrbutive characteristics of BTF.Result:There is no difference between affected system and types of organism, but the distributive characteristics of BTF caused by different types germs was dissimilar: BTF by bacteria often occured at 6:00~12:00, while by viruses occured at 18:00~24:00. It showed statistical significance andP<0.05.Conclusion:Viruses and bacterial infections in the early stage could be distinguished according to different BTF.
