摘　　要：目的　探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b -FGF)在前列腺增生组织中表达的临床意见。方法　采用斑点杂交技术和免疫组化染色测定 4 0例正常前列腺 (NP)、38例前列腺增生症 (BPH )组织中b -FGF的表达情况。结果　BPH组织中b -FGF的表达明显高于NP组织 (P <0 0 1 )。b -FGF表达升高的程度与BPH的分度无明显关系。结论　b -FGF可能为BPH组织自身分泌 。Objective TO investigate the clinical significance of basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF)in human benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods b-FGF expressions were examined by RNA dot blot hybridization and immunohistochemical staining in specimens of 40 normal prostate tissues(NP)and 38 BPH tissues.Results The expressions of b-FGFin BPH tissues were significantly higher than those in normal prostate tissues( P <0 01).There was no significant correlation between the increased expression of b-FGF and the graduation of prostatic hyperplasia.Conclusion b-FGF may be secreted from prostatic hyperplasia tissues themselves,which is closely involved in the genesis and development of BPH
