摘　　要：炼化企业中各企业的装置检修组织方式各不相同,各有利弊。胜华炼油厂根据以往的检修经验,总结出了一套以“机动科全面负责、有关科室配合”的检修组织方式,可供广大同仁参考。Different ways of organizing the maintenance activities for the petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants have their own advantages and disadvantages. A practical and effective organization 'Full Responsibility of Mechanical Management Department Supported by Associated Department' is developed by Shenghua Refinery based upon its maintenance experience, which proves to be cost effective forthe maintenance of plants.
