摘　　要：本文研究 WTO 中各种与烟草相关的规定,对国际控烟的基本状况和未来国际烟草业的发展趋势作一评析,对国际控烟及加入 WTO 我国烟草行业的影响进行探讨,并针对我国烟草业目前存在的问题提出相应解决对策,供商榷。This paper studies some rules about tobacco in the WTO,and analyzes the developing trends of international control and its future.We have done researches on the effects of China's Entry into the WTO and international control on tobacco industry and put forward some countermeasures on the development of tobacco industry.
