摘　　要：5α-还原酶在良性前列腺增生 ( Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH)的发生与发展中扮演重要角色 ,并成为良性前列腺增生治疗药物的关键作用靶点 ,寻找其抑制剂也成为良性前列腺增生治疗药物研究开发的热点。本文概述了国内外对 5α-还原酶抑制剂的研究概况 。The 5α reductase plays an important role in genesis and development of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(BPH), and becomes a key target of drugs in treating BPH Searching inhibitors of 5α-reductase also becomes a hot spot in study and development of treating drugs for BPH. This article summarizes the study of 5α reductase and its inhibitors in nearly twenty years at home and abroad, for the purpose of providing a consult for drug treatment and drug development of BPH.
