竹醋液抗致病性真菌的活性研究

摘　　要：目的　研究天然竹类提取物—竹醋液对致病性真菌的抑制作用。 方法 　采用打孔法测定抑菌圈直径 ,采用试管内药基法测定竹醋液的最小抑菌浓度 ( MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 ( MFC)。 结果 　竹醋液对常见皮肤癣菌 (红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌 )以及深部感染真菌 (白色念珠菌、新生隐球菌、烟曲霉菌 )均有明显的抑菌和杀菌作用 ,其中 MIC为 1.5 6%～ 3 .12 %,MFC为 4.17%～ 6.2 5 %。 结论 　竹醋液对六种主要致病性真菌有显著的抑菌和杀菌作用 。OBJECTIVE To observe the anti pathogenic fungal actions of Distillated Bamboo acid in vitro.METHODS An anti pathogenic fungal experiment was performed with the medicind based mathod.RESULTS Distillated Bamboo acid had obvious anti fungal actions for the trichophyton rubrum,T.interdigital,trichophyton mentagrophytes,and canida albicans,cryptococcus neoformans,aspergillus fumigatus.Its MIC was 1.56%～3.12%,and MFC was 4.17%～6.25%.CONCLUSION Distillated Bamboo acid has obvious anti fungal actions for cutneous fungus and ,especially for candida albicans and trichophyton mentagrophytes.
