摘  要:阐述了220 kt/a催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫异构降烯烃装置的运行和标定情况。该装置产品汽油烯烃含量小于20%(V),抗爆指数下降小于2个单位,硫含量等指标大幅度改善,汽油收率大于89%(m),表明该技术已经作为汽油清洁化的重要手段之一;同时指出由于该装置是在原有装置基础上改造而成,反应温度控制难度大,换热方案有优化的必要;液化气中C2含量高,适合作乙烯裂解原料。The 220 kt/a hydrogenation unit for FCC naphtha to reduce olefin and sulfur is evaluated in this paper. The results show that this technology is an important approach for clean gasoline. The olefin contents in upgraded gasoline is lower than 20 %(V), the antiknock index loss is less than 2 units, other properties such as sulfur dropping to a satisfying index, and gasoline collection efficiency is higher than 89 %(m). This unit is revamped from a lube hydrofinishing unit, the exchanging heat scheme need optimization to resolve the difficulty of controlling the reaction temperature. The C2 fraction in LPG is high, which is a good feedstock for ethylene production.
