西瓜霜清咽含片药效学及毒理研究

摘　　要：目的 观察西瓜霜清咽含片的药理作用。方法 参照文献所载方法进行实验。结果 西瓜霜清咽含片具有抗菌作用;抑制小鼠耳肿及大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的增高;对小鼠腹膜腔白细胞游走有显著的促进作用;对小鼠热板致痛、氨水引咳均有显著作用。大鼠灌胃最大耐受量相当于临床拟用日剂量的673倍;对大鼠口腔完整及破损粘膜均无刺激性。长期毒性试验未见明显的毒性反应。结论 西瓜霜清咽含片具有抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、镇咳等作用,按临床拟用剂量、用法、疗程应用是安全的。Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamics and toxicology of Watermelon Frost Throat-Clearing Buccal Tablets(WFTBT). Methods A series of experiments was carried out on mice and rats to study the pharmacodynamics and toxicology of WFTBT. Results This drug showed significant inhibitory effect on bacteria, swelling response of mouse auricle, permeability of cutaneous capillary vessels among rats, and pain and cough reflex among mice. It could promote WBC migration in the peritoneal cavity of mice. There was an equivalent dosage for rats about 673 times of that used in clinic and showed no stimulating effects on oral mucosa. Furthermore, there was no toxic reaction seen in the long-term toxicity trial. Conclusions WFTBT holds such effects as bacteriostasis, antiinflammation, analgesic and antitussive. When it is used in common dosage, using procedure and therapeutic course, it is safe for any case.
