摘　　要：目的 观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对鼻内镜手术后术腔愈合的影响。方法 对131例(235侧)施行鼻内镜手术分析的Ⅱ型2期、3期患者,随机分为两组,A组应用rhEGF,B组不用,随访4个月以上比较同期两组的治愈率。结果 同期治愈率A组显著优于B组(P<0.05)。结论 rhEGF能促进术腔早日上皮化。Objective To observe the promoting effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on the process of epithelization in the operative sinus cavity following en-doscopic surgery (ESS). Methods 131 cases(235 sides) undergone ESS were randomly divided into two groups, with one group given rhEGF and the other not following the surgery. All of them were followed up more than 4 months after operation. Then, a comparative analysis was done among them. Results The curative rate was significantly higher in the group with rhEGF given postoperatively than that in the one without this agent given. Conclusion The agent rhEGF holds significantly promoting effect on the epithelization in operative sinus cavity following ESS.
