摘  要:针对上海某城镇污水处理工艺采用集反应、沉淀、排水、功能于一体的改良活性污泥法——CASS(周期循环活性污泥法),实验运用西门子S7-300 PLC作为主控器,上位机监控系统采用WINCC6.0组态软件作为人机界面进行现场设备的监控,整个系统在PROFIBUS-DP通信技术下构建。然而这种复杂的动态生物反应工程系统,具有非线性、时变性、随机性等特点,因此考虑用模糊PID控制器来改善自动化控制,并通过MATLAB仿真观察其性能,实验仿真结果显示稳定误差明显减少,稳定时间在2 s。因此自适应模糊PID作用较常规PID更为优化。Shanghai sewage treatment process uses modified activated sludge process-CASS( cycle activated sludge system),which integrates the reaction,precipitation and water drainage functions. The experiment uses the Siemens S7-300 PLC as the host controller,and PC monitoring system uses WINCC6. 0 configuration software as the man-machine interface for site monitoring equipment. The whole system is built by the PROFIBUS-DP communication technology.However,this kind of complicated dynamic bio-reactor engineering system has characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying and randomness. So we use the Fuzzy-PID controller to improve the automation control,and observe its performance through MATLAB simulation. The experimental results show that the steady state error decreases obviously and the stable time limits in 2 s. The adaptive Fuzzy-PID has more optimization than conventional PID function.
