摘 要:本文观察促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)对正常小鼠脾脏 T.B 细胞和免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官重量的影响.发现 TRH0.01~7.29nmol/L 剂量可提高小鼠脾细胞免疫特异性花结形成细胞数,而对产生抗羊红细胞抗体的功能无影响.0.0011~2.43nmol/LTRH对 ConA 诱导的 T 细胞转化有显著增强作用.TRH(0.2μg/只)能显著提高氢化可的松抑制小鼠的脾指数,而对正常小鼠脾指数影响不明显.提示 TRH 免疫调节作用存在明显的剂量效应关系,并与机体的免疫状态有关.The influence of TRH on function of spleen T,B lymphocytes in normal mice and on immune organ weight in immunodepressive mice was studied.It was found that TRH at concentra- tions from 0.01 to 7.29nmol / L could increase S-RFC of mouse splenic cell in vitro,But not QHS. TRH at concentrations ranging from 0.0011to 2.43 nmol/L could significantly enhance ~3H-TdR uptake of T lymphocyte induced by ConA.The dose of TRH(0.2ug/mouse) i.p could significantly increase splenic index which was inhibited by HC.The results suggest that TRH may have immunoregulation.
