民办本科高校科研评价体系的应用导向性研究

摘　　要：民办本科高校努力寻求转型发展的新路径,将办学方向定位于为地方经济建设和社会发展培养人才、服务地方经济发展,在人才培养、社会服务等方面都做出了有益和实质性的探索,但是在科研工作方面的改革和探索由于种种原因未得到有效推进,现行民办本科高校科研评价体系中应用导向性普遍缺失,建立一套具有应用导向性的科研评价体系是促进民办本科高校应用型科研工作的助推器,需要民办本科院校不断解放思想,改革创新,积极构建适合自身科研定位和发展思路的应用性导向的科研评价体系。Private universities have been continuously seeking the new route for their development; the orientation of school running is to train the talents who will serve the local economic and social development. They have made a useful exploration and substance in personnel training, social services, but the reform and exploration of research work have not been effectively advanced. The establishment of an application type scientific research evaluation system can promote the applied research work. Private Universities need continually emancipate the mind, reform and innovate to build their own application type scientific research evaluation system.
