土地集约利用数据等级分级及城市等级定位——以山东省临沂市为例

摘　　要：将基于灰色系统理论的多指标灰区间数关联决策模型应用于城市土地利用状况评价领域。以全国大中城市状态标准值构造评判体系的不同等级值构建多指标区间数据序列,建立了多指标区间数等级数据整体逼近决策方法,使城市土地集约利用评判方法更加客观。最后通过山东省临沂市城市土地利用状况为实例验证该模型的有效性和实用性,为城市土地集约利用评价提供了一种等级定位的新方法。the multiple index grey interval number based on the grey system theory correlation decision model is applied to the urban land utilization evaluation area. In large and medium-sized cities in China state standard construct evaluation system of different grade value index range data sequence, established the multi-index interval number level data integral approximation decision method, make the urban land intensive utilization evaluation method is more objective. Finally, linyi city of Shandong province city land utilization condition for example verifies the validity and practicability of the model, for the urban land intensive utilization evaluation provides a new method for grade positioning.
