摘 要:为了充分提高机器人MIG/MAG焊接性能,对于短路过渡焊,有必要将焊接过程分为引弧期和焊接期。在引弧期中充分提高电源响应速度,力求提高引弧成功率和快速建立稳定弧长。在焊接期中采用复合外特性和电子电抗器以提高焊接稳定性和抑制飞溅。其研究结果已用于NZM-400弧焊机器人MIG/MAG焊接系统中。For short circuiting welding, the welding process should be divided into striking and welding in order to fully improve the welding performance of robot MIG/MAG welding. In the striking, the response speed of the power source and the mission success rate of the striking should be fully improved, and the stable arc length should be established quickly. In the welding, the combined outer characteristic and the electronic reactor arc used to improve the welding stability and control the spatter. This research achievement has been used for MIG/MAG welding of NZM-400 arc welding robot system.
