摘  要:针对CO_2气保焊在终焊时,焊丝端头常易形成小球,影响再次焊接时的引弧性能和引起飞溅。本文提出了“去球效应”的概念,并且在具有收弧规范调节装置的CO_2气保焊焊机上所作的试验研究,初步探讨了形成小球的机理,提出了实现去球效应的最佳收弧规范参数。To conter the final welding of CO_2 arc welding, the little balls are easily formed at the end of wire, which may effect on striking performance and produce spatter at second welding. The conception of 'removing ball effect' is advanced and tested on the CO_2 arc welding machine equipped with withdraw arc conditioner. The mechanism of forming little ball is approached initially. The optimum withdraw arc specification parameters of realizing removing ball effect are also advanced.
