绿舒筋对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞毒功能的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了绿舒筋对正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mф)介导的肿瘤细胞溶解功能和肿瘤细胞生长阻滞功能的影响,发现绿舒筋体内给药在0.1ml、0.25ml、0.5ml 剂量组能增强 Mф细胞溶解功能,细胞溶解率达18.39±2.94%～19.98±5.02%,但其对 Mф细胞生长阻滞功能没有作用,这表明绿舒筋对小鼠腹腔 Mф的细胞溶解功能和细胞生长阻滞功能的作用存在分离现象.We studied the influence of Euony Muonymusupinasic Loes et Rehd(EM)i.p. on cytolytic effect and cytostatic effect of mouse peritoneal macrophage and found 0.1ml, 0.25ml or 0.5ml dosage of the drug could increase the cytolytic effect of the macrophage and the cytolytic rate reached 18.39±2.94%-19.98±5.02%,but no dosage could affect the cytostatic effect of the macrophage,Shows there is a the dissociation between cytolytic effect and cytostatic effect of the macrophage.
