摘 要:给孕期及哺乳期母鼠自由次用0.6(对照组)、5、25mg/L含氟水,观察氟对所生仔鼠21天龄时肝、肾组织脂质过氧化作用的影响,同时进行组织切片检查。结果显示,氟可致肾组织谷胱甘肽和丙二醛含量显著降低;肝组织丙二醛含量显著增加,谷胱甘肽含量无显著改变。组织学检查两组间未见明显异常改变。表明孕期及哺乳期接触氟后,可对其仔代的肝、肾组织造成一定的损害。wistar female rats in the gestation and Iactation drank watercontaining 0.6(control group),5,25mg/L fluoride respectively.The 21-day offspring′s liver and kidney lipid peroxidation were inspected,whilehistological slice examination was made. The results showed that the levesof glutathione(GSH) and malonyldiadehyde(MDA)decreased significa-ntly in kidney,while in liver the MDA level significant increased andthe GSH level did not change obviously.The histological examination didnot change remarkably as compared with control group.It′s suggested thatfluoride intake in the period of gestation and lactation can make harmfuleffect on the offspring′s liver and kidney.
