LHRH对肺心病缓解期血清SOD-1的影响

摘　　要：8例病程超过20年的男性肺心病患者,经 LHRH 兴奋后,血清 SOD-1与 LH 值升高,至2小时仍保持为基础值的1.8倍,但正常对照组经 LHRH 兴奋后,血清 SOD-1也明显升高.提示 LHRH 能提高正常人和肺心病患者抗氧自由基的能力.In eight male patients at remission stage of chronic cor pulmonale(CCP),who had been suffering from it for more than 20 years the serum LH and SOD-1 were measured af- ter iv injection of 100u LHRH.The same procedure was performed in 11 old male healthy men serving as control.The serum SOD-1 and LH in patients elevated parallelly.and at the time two hours after injection,the serum SOD-1 was in a high level,approximately to 3.5 times of basic value.The serum SOD-1 in normal men elevated too.The results show:1.The serum SOD-1 level of patients at remission stage of CCP is elevated after LHRH administration;2.The eleva- tion of serum SOD-1 is probably related with male sex hormon;3.Administration of exogenous LHRH may increase ability to resist oxygen free radical damage.
