TOPV对农村婴幼儿强化免疫的抗体应答

摘　　要：对已接受多次脊灰三价混合疫苗（ＴＯＰＶ）免疫的９７名农村婴幼儿进行两轮强化免疫，并用微量中和试验检测其强化免疫前后三型中和抗体的水平。结果强化免疫前Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ型中和抗体全部阳性，ＧＭＴ分别为１：８７．０２±４．０１、１：１０１±４．３４和１：６７．７７±４．３３，抗体处在较高水平。强化免疫后，三个型中和抗体ＧＭＴ都成倍增长，其中四倍增长率Ⅰ型５５．６７％、Ⅱ型４３．３０％、Ⅲ型６０．８２％．说明这些婴幼儿对强化免疫产生良好的抗体应答。Two rounds of supplementary immunization (SI) were carried out in 97 children who had been immunized with many doses of TOPV.The blood samples before and after SI were collected and tested by microneutralization test. Antibodies to type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ poliovirus were all positive before S Ⅰ and their GMT were 1: 87. 02±4. 01, 1: 101. 11 ±4. 34, and 1: 67. 77±4. 33 respectively. After SI, the CMT of the three types' neutrolizing antibody was doubled, of which 55.67% of type Ⅰ, 43.30% of type Ⅱ, and 60.82% of type Ⅲ had fourfold increase.The results showed that these children have a good immunne response to SI.
