摘　　要：对１１５名职业性暴露于铝尘的磷化铝生产工人和４２名对照工人进行神经精神病学症状调查。发现暴露组具有３种以上神经精神病学症状的比率为３３．０％，ＯＲ＝３．６５（９５％ＣＩ＝１．２８～１０．４３），症状有随着暴露年数的递增而升高的趋势，其脑电图异常及界限性脑电图改变率高达５２．６％。提示对职业性铝尘暴露工人进行神经精神病学症状调查是早期发现中枢神经系统损害重点观察对象的有效方法。investigation on neuropsychiatric symptoms was made in 115 workers with occupational exposure to aluminium dust and 42 controls. The prevalence of three or moreneuropsychiatric symptoms was 33% in exposure group, and the odds ratio (OR) was 3. 65 (95 % CI: 1.28～10. 43). The neuropsychiatric symptoms are positively related to the years of exposure. The rate of abnormal and threshold changes in ECG was 52. 6% in those with three or more neuropsychiatic symptoms.The results indicates that investigation on neuropsychiatric symptoms in workers with occupatioal exposure to aluminium dust is a effective method in early discovery of Damage in central nervouse system.
