摘  要:目的测定新都柚中多种微量元素含量,旨在为该品种的开发和利用提供基础理论依据。方法采用微波消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定新都柚和福建蜜柚中22种微量元素,并对检测结果进行评价。结果新都柚中含有丰富的Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Na和Zn等人体每日所需微量元素,其中K、Ca和Mg的含量较大,Pb、Cd、As、Cr和Bi等有毒有害的微量元素均低于检出限。有10种相同的微量元素在2种柚子中均被检测出,除Cu之外,被检出的元素在新都柚中的平均含量均高于福建蜜柚中平均含量。各元素加标回收率为89%~108%,RSD≤6.8%,方法检出限为0.01~0.60 mg/Kg。结论微量元素在两种柚子果肉中分布具有相似的特点,而微量元素含量随柚子的产地和品种不同而变化。新都柚因含有丰富的人体所需微量元素且有毒有害元素含量很低,食用新都柚能为人体提供安全健康且全面的营养元素。Objective To determinate minor elements in Xindu pomelos and provide a theoretical basis for exploitation and utilization of Xindu pomelos in the future.Methods Twenty two minor elements in Xindu pomelos and Fujian pomelos were determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion,and the results were evaluated.Results Xindu pomelos contained abundant essential elements such as Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Na and Zn.The contents of K,Ca and Mg were significant.Some toxic and harmful minor elements,such as Pb,Cd,As,Cr and Bi,were below the limits of detection.In the two varieties of pomelos,10 identical elements were found.The average contents of the rest elements except Cu were all higher in Xindu pomelos than in Fujian pomelos.The relative standard deviations for these elements were all less than 6.8%.The recovery rates were between89%and 108%.The limits of detection in this method were 0.01-0.60 mg/Kg.Conclusion The two varieties of pomelos have similar minor element distribution profiles,while contents of minor elements vary depending on the region and variety.Xindu pomelos contain abundant essential elements and low contents of toxic and harmful minor elements,It can provide healthy,it complete nutrients to the human body.
