绿脓杆菌在人与实验动物间传播规律的调查

摘　　要：对本所普通大鼠、清洁小鼠及其饲养人员做了绿脓杆菌的检测及追踪调查，以了解绿脓杆菌在实验室动物及人群中的感染状况及相互传播的规律性。结果表明，实验动物中绿脓杆菌感染率为３３．７％，部分饲养人员在接触动物前后从口腔和手指可检出同样血清型的绿脓杆菌。血清学分型结果证实。绿脓杆菌在饲养人员及其饲养的动物之间存在单向和双向传播的可能。seudomonas aeruginosa was detected from CV rats, CL mice and animalcaretakers, All the isolated strains were serotyped by using of diagnosticantisera.The results indicated that 33-7% of investigated animaes werecontaminited by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the same serotypos of P.aeruginosa were detected from animal caretakers oral cavities and fingersbefore and after they contact animals .According to the serotype results,Pseudomonas aeruginosa can be spreaded batween animal caretakers andtheir bred animals in one-way or two-way style.
