摘  要:目的总结开发与使用数字化影像工作站的经验,提出今后的改进与发展方向。方法通过在普通微机上使用MEDASYS公司的DxMM软件及自行开发的放射信息系统(RIS)软件实现了与旧型号MR机的数字化连接,构建了科室水平的简易网络化工作环境。通过对4a来应用工作的总结,验证了本项工作的临床价值及经济效益,获得了有益的经验。结果本套系统运行稳定,使用简单、方便,显著加快了检查及诊断的速度,提高了患者满意度。同时简化了日常工作流程,提高工作效率约25%,每年节约成本约25万元,取得了社会效益与经济效益的双丰收。结论医疗工作的数字化是当代最前沿的一项实用技术,对提高工作效率、改善服务质量及提高经济效益有着极其重要的作用,是今后医学界需要加大投入人力、财力来尽快全面实施的关键项目。Objective To evaluate the usefulness and efficacy of a self- made digital imaging workstation and seek the right method to reform the system architecture.Methods By integrating a purchased DICOM viewer with a self- made RIS software in a PC based network,a mini- PACS was developed and has used for 4 years.This system provides doctors with an easy and centralized access to medical images and former radiological information of all patients.Results Application of this digital imaging workstation offers a cost- effective and workable solution to many of the problems in the clinical works.It improved the productivity,reduced the cost,optimized the workflow and saved the human resources as well as reduced the average length of patient stay and improved the overall health outcomes.Conclusion The digital transformation of health care(e- hospital) offers innovative approaches to control costs,improve quality and efficency.It should be a important field to further develop with huge investment and manpower by national government. [
