摘　　要：人民民主的宪政 ,是宪法确认和保障下的社会主义民主政治制度。为实现党的十六大提出的“发展社会主义民主政治 ,建设社会主义政治文明”的重要任务 ,必须加强对国家权力的有效制约与监督 ,进一步完善我国的人民代表大会制度 ,尊重和保障人权 。Demonic democracy constitutionalism is socialist democracy political system confirmed and protected by constitution. In order to realize the important task proposed at the 16th National Congress of the CPC, 'Develop socialist democracy politics, construct socialist political civilization', it is needed to strength restriction and supervision to nation power effectively, further perfect our demonic congress system, respect and ensure human rights, promise the wide right and freedom owned by dumb millions.
