摘  要:采用2种不同的交联剂,研制了在地面温度下形成流动凝胶,注入地层后形成强凝胶的聚合物水基凝胶堵剂,通过组份用量优选得到了最佳配方:聚合物HPAM(M=1.9×107,HD=25%)8.0g/L+有机铬交联剂(以Cr3+计)0.5g/L+20%有机树脂溶液5.0g/L+增强剂(无机盐)1.0g/L,以淡水配液。该优化配方堵剂液在20℃下2h内第一次成胶,粘度升至5~6Pa·s,在72℃下4~12h第二次成胶,强度达到G级。将优化配方堵剂液1.0PV注入含1.7~2.0mm宽裂缝的人造砂岩岩心,在72℃候凝72h后突破压力梯度为32~61MPa/m。介绍了在克拉玛依油田八区下乌尔禾组裂缝性油藏一个一注六采井组,用该堵剂实施注水井调剖和采油井(2口)堵水的良好结果。图2表5参6。An aqueous polymer gel as water control agent is prepared by using two different crosslinkers in mixture and features preformation of flowable gel at surface temperatures and ultimate complete gelation in-situ in reservoir formations. An optimal formula of gelling fluid is worked out through ingredient dosage screening: polymer HPAM (M=1.9×10~7, HD=25%) 8.0 g/L+organic Cr crosslinker (as Cr^(3+)) 0.5 g/L+20%-concentrated organic resin in solution 5.0 g/L+strengthening agent (inorganic salts) 0.5 g/L in fresh water. The formulated fluid undergoes pregelation at 20℃ in 2 h with viscosity raising to 5.0—6.0 Pas and complete gelation at 72℃ in 4—12 h with gel strength reaching grade G. The specific breakthrough pressure of artificial sandtone cores with a fracture of 1.7—2.0 mm wide after injecting 1.0 PV of the formulated fluid and gelating at 72℃ in 72 h is in range 32—61 MPa/m. On a well group comprising one injection and six production wells in fractured Wuerhe-L reservoir, district No8, Karamay, profile modifying in one injection and water shutoff in two production wells by using this gelling fluid areperformed satisfactorily.
