摘　　要：本文利用代数元件的相容性连接和连接封闭性性质,提出了非线性元件的等效受控源电路模型,讨论了利用此电路模型对非线性元件进行SPICE模拟的方法。Based on the compatible interconnection and interconnection closure property of algebraic elements, some equivalent controlled source circuit models of nonlinear elements have been presented in our papar, and the SPICE simulation methods of these nonlinear elements were discussed by using the equivalent controlled source circuit models presented in this paper.
