摘 要:取表面活性剂(大庆烷基苯磺酸盐,S)浓度、碱NaOH(A)浓度、聚合物HPAM(P)浓度和油种类(大庆四厂原油、不同比例原油/煤油混合物、煤油)为影响因子,各取5个水平,按正交表L25(56)安排25个实验,考察各因子对三元复合体系相行为特征的影响。在其他因子水平相同时,中间相体积随S浓度增大而增大,随A浓度增大经历2个最低值。根据极差分析,各因子影响程度大小的排序,对中间相体系为:S浓度>A浓度>油种类>P浓度;对下相中S的损失量为:A浓度>P浓度,油种类>S浓度;对下相与新鲜油间的界面张力为:油种类>A浓度,S浓度>P浓度,对下相与上相间的界面张力为:S浓度>油种类,A浓度>P浓度。图2表5参2。Some characteristics of phase behavior as influenced by composition variables are investigated through 25 experiments designed according to orthogonalization table L_(25)(5~6) with concentrations of surfactant, Daqing's petroleum sulfonate, C_S, of alkaline NaOH, C_A, and of polymer HPAM, C_P, and variation of oil phase (VOOP) as 4 influencing factors at 5 use levels. The oil phase used covers crude oil from the 4th Daqing production factory, crude/kerosene mixtures of varying proportion, and kerosene. It is found that the middle phase volume created increases with increasing C_S and goes through 2 minima with increasing C_A when the concentration of other ingredients keeping constant and the crude oil being used. On the basis of variance analysis, the influencing power of the 4 factors is arranged in order: C_S>C_A>VOOP>C_P for middle phase volume; C_A>C_P and VOOP>C_S for surfactant loss rate of lower phase; VOOP>C_A and C_S>C_P for interfacial tension between lower phase and fresh oil; C_S>VOOP and C_A>C_P for interfacial tension between lower and upper phases.
