摘  要:介绍了用钼酸铵、铬天青分光光度法分别测定碱与储层矿物反应液中硅、铝元素浓度所用的试剂、操作程序及标准工作曲线。使用硅和铝标准溶液建立的测硅和测铝标准曲线的线性范围分别为0~4μg/mL和0~0.8μg/mL。实验用碱与储层矿物反应液为0.5%~5%NaOH溶液、0.5%~5%Na2CO3溶液分别与石英、斜长石、高岭石、伊利石、蒙脱石等反应后的混合液。显色后的测硅溶液可以稀释后测吸光度而显色后的测铝溶液则不能稀释。浓度为50μg/mL的HPAM对铝浓度测定无干扰;10μg/mL的聚合物HPAM对硅浓度测定,10μg/mL的表面活性剂OP 10对硅、铝浓度测定有轻微影响但可以忽略(使吸光度略增大)。图6表2参5。The reagents, procedures, and standard working curves for quantitative determination of Si and Al in alkaline/reservoir rock minerals reaction mixtures by using spectrophotometric method with ammonium molybdate and chromazurine, respectively, as color developer. The linear section of standard working curves constructed on standard Si and Al reagents is of 0—4 and 0—0.8 μg/L. The alkaline/rock minerals reaction mixture used is a mixture of reaction of 0.5—5% NaOH solutions and 0.5—5% Na_2CO_3 solutions with quartz, sodium-calcium feldspar, kaolinite, illite, and montmorillonite. The colored test solutions for determining Si can be diluted before spectrophotometric measurement but that for determining Al—can not. HPAM of concentration ≤50 μg/mL does not interfere determining Al; HPAM of concentration ≤10 μg/mL influences delermining Si and surfactant OP-10 of concentration ≤10 μg/mL inluenes determining Si and Al slightly and ignorably with absorbance enhanced a little.
