摘  要:实验测定了2 氯乙基三甲基氯化铵(简称CETA)作为粘土稳定剂的某些性能。随CETA浓度的增大,钙蒙脱石在水中的zeta电位增大,在浓度约为2.5g/L时zeta电位为零,zeta电位增大是CETA吸附的结果。CETA在钙蒙脱土上的饱和吸附量为0.54mmol/g。以乙醇作为基准液,吸附和未吸附CETA的钙蒙脱土粉末上水的相对润湿接触角分别为89.3°和98.1°,吸附CETA使钙蒙脱土的水湿性略有增大。当CETA的吸附量由0逐步增大到0.53mmol/g时,钙蒙脱土的晶层间距由1.5713nm逐渐减小到1.4244nm。页岩在0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的CETA水溶液中的一次、二次回收率,大体上分别相当于在1%、2%、3%KCl水溶液中的相应回收率。CETA作为粘土稳定剂,可用于水基钻井液,油气层防膨处理及阳离子聚合物驱油前的地层预处理。图3表2参10。Some properties of 2-chloroethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (CETA) as clay stabilizer are studied experimentally. The zeta potential fo Ca-montmorillonite (Ca-M) in aqueous suspension increases with increasing CETA concentration and becomes zero at concentration ~2.5 g/L; the increase of the zeta potential results from adsorption of CETA. The saturated adsorption of CETA on Ca-M is of 0.54 mmol/g. The relative wetting contact angle of water to ethyl alcohol on Ca-M powder with and without CETA adsorbed is of 89.3° and 98.1°, respectively; adsorption of CETA by Ca-M leads to slight enhancement in water wettability of Ca-M. The lattice spacing of Ca-M decreases gradually from 1.571 3 nm to 1.424 4 nm when the adsorption of CETA on Ca-M increases from zero to 0.53 mmol/g. The recovery rate of a shale sample in 1st and 2nd rolling in 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.3 CETA aqueous solutions is practically the same as that in 1%, 2%, and 3% KCl aqueous solutions, respectively. CETA as clay stabilizer is recommended to be used in water base drilling fluids, for anti-swelling treatment of oil/gas reservoir formations and pretreatment of reservoirs befor cationic polymer flood.
