摘  要:分别用AM/AMPS三元共聚物PAMS、两种HPAM和有机铬、酚醛交联剂,在矿化度1.1×105mg/L、含Ca2+、Mg2+各1.5×103mg/L的高矿化度水中配制成胶液,在75℃测定成胶时间和粘度在75℃下的变化,考察弱凝胶在高盐环境中的稳定性。酚醛弱凝胶的粘度高于有机铬弱凝胶;共聚物PAMS弱凝胶的粘度高于两种HPAM弱凝胶;PAMS/酚醛弱凝胶的粘度高而稳定性好。当PAMS浓度为1200mg/L、硫脲浓度为200mg/L时,随交联剂浓度增大,成胶时间缩短,弱凝胶粘度(20天测定值)增大,但在浓度超过一定值(Cr3+浓度30mg/L,酚醛有效浓度1000mg/L)后弱凝胶发生脱水。制备交联剂时配位体与Cr3+、醛与酚质量比增大时,成胶时间延长,弱凝胶粘度下降。在PAMS弱凝胶中,硫脲作为除氧剂的效能好于亚硫酸氢钠。图3表1参9。For weak gels formed at 75℃ from gelling solutions of an AM/AMPS tercopolymer, 2 HPAM polymers with chromium (Ⅲ) or phenolics crosslinker in salt water of TSD=1.1×10~5,Cr^(3+) 1.5×10~3 and Mg^(2+) 1.5×10~3 mg/L, the changes in viscosity at 75℃ and 10 s^(-1) in 60 days are measured to investigate their stability in high salinity media. The viscosity of phenolics-crosslinked gels is higher than that of chromium-crosslinked ones; the viscosity of tercopolymer based gels is higher than that of HPAM based ones; PAMS/phenolics gel has high and stable viscosity. For gelling solutions containing 1 200 mg/L PAMS and 200 mg/L thiourea with increasing crosslinker concentration, the gelation time shortens and the gel viscosity raises however syneresis is observed at crosslinker concentrations beyond some value (30 mg/L for Cr^(3+) and 1 000 mg/L for phenolics). With increasing legend/Cr^(3+) or formaldehyde/phenol mass ratio for preparing the crosslinkers, the gelation time enlarges and the gel viscosity reduces. Thiourea is more effective as oxygen scraper in PAMS weak gels than NaHSO_3 does.
