摘  要:测定了45℃时非离子表面活性剂SP 1/醇/地层水(矿化度4456mg/L)体系与大庆十厂原油间的界面张力。在5g/LSP 1地层水溶液中按10g/L的浓度加入C1~C4脂肪醇,油水界面张力由2.06×10-2mN/m降至1.12×10-3~5.90×10-3mN/m,按2~15g/L的浓度加入甲醇,界面张力降至10-3mN/m数量级。在甲醇浓度为10g/L条件下改变SP 1加量,在1~10g/L浓度范围产生10-3mN/m数量级的超低界面张力。用悬滴法测定的5g/LSP 1/10g/L甲醇/地层水体系的界面张力,随测定时间延长而下降,25~100min时出现10-3mN/m数量级的超低值,100~120min时降至10-4mN/m数量级。在渗透率分别为25.0×10-3和2.9×10-3μm2的2只岩心上,水驱油后注入SP 1/甲醇/地层水溶液,后续水驱末的注水压力比前期水驱末分别降低63.6%和42.6%。简要介绍了在低渗透注水井朝82 152注入该体系降低注水压力、增加注水量的成功试验。图3表3参5。The interfacial tension (IFT) is determined between nonionic surfactant SP-1/alcohol/formation water (of TSD=4 456 mg/L) system and crude oil from the 10th Daqing production factory. For 5 g/L SP-1 solution in formation water, the IFT is decreased from 2.06×10^(-2) to 1.12×10^(-3)—5.90×10^(-3) mN/m with C_1—C_4 aliphatic alcohol of dosage 10 g/L added and to ultralow values of magnititude 10^(-3) mN/m with methyl alcohol (MAlc) of dosage 2—15 g/L added. Keeping dosage of MAlc at 10 g/L, ultralow values of IFT of magnititude 10^(-3) mN/m appear at dosage of SP-1 ranged 1—10 g/L. For 5 g/L SP-1/10 g/L MAlc/formation water system, the IFT determined by using a pendent drop apparatus decreases with time and reaches ultralow values of magnititude 10^(-3) mN/m in 25—100 min and of 10^(-4) mN/m in 100—120 min. Into 2 cores of permeability 25.0×10^(-3) and 2.9×10^(-3) μm^2 an SP-1/MAlc solution in formation water is injected after having water flooded and the injection pressure at the end of succeeding water flood is decreased by 63.6% and 42.6%, respectively, comparing with that at the end of primary water flood. The successful trial use of the surfactant system in low permeable water injection well Chao-82-152 for injection pressure reduction and injectivity enhancement is presented briefly.
