摘　　要：简要叙述了对聚氯乙烯车间转化工序监控系统的改造,简介了系统的硬件构成和软件功能。硬件部分采用IPC进行显示监控和数据处理,I/O模块安装在现场,选用带冷端温度补偿的热电偶输入模块等。软件部分中操作系统选用WindowsNT4.0中文版,监控软件采用GenieDAQ,经过改造节省了投资,增强了系统的扩展能力,工作状态稳定,满足了技术要求。The innovation status of the supervisory system of PVC convers ion process was briefly introduced, as well as the hardware components and the s oftware functions of the system. As for the hardware, IPC was used to display, s upervision and data processing. The I/O module was fitted on the site. The therm ocouple input module with cold side temperature compensation was selected to use . In software part, Windows NT 4.0 in Chinese version was used as operational sy stem, and the GenieDAQ was used as supervisory software. By innovation, the inve stment was saved, the development capacity of the system was increased, the stat e of running was stabilized, and the technology requirements was met.
