摘　　要：本文介绍最新出现的PGA可编程门阵列逻辑的结构、特点和应用。它的出现相应用促进了微电子技术的发展,并影响着系统的结构设计方法。This paper introduces some structures features and applications of the newlype programmalle gate array (PGA) devices. PGA technology promots the development of microelectronics technology and affect the structural design method in systems.
