甘肃对外经济、文化交流中外语翻译人才的现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：随着中国入世及西部大开发战略的全面实施,甘肃对外经济、文化交流活动日趋频繁,规模逐渐扩大,对外语翻译人才的需求日渐迫切。因此,培养、造就一大批高素质的、国际化的、新世纪所需要的既掌握外语,又熟悉国外经济、法律,同时了解甘肃经济、历史文化的复合型人才,不仅是甘肃外语翻译事业发展的需要,而且还是甘肃加快经济改革步伐、进一步扩大对外经济文化交流、促进对外经济贸易增长、推动旅游业发展及扩大国际商贸市场、实现甘肃走向世界的需要。本课题组对我省经济、文化领域内的外语翻译人才现状作了详细调查和分析,并提出了切实可行的建议,旨在供政府决策部门及培养外语人才的高等院校参考。With the China's Access into WTO and the fulfillment of the West Region Development, foreign economic and cultural communications become more active and extensive , and as a result more and more interpreters are needed. Therefore, it is an urgent need to train more highly qualified interpreters with good mastery of foreign languages, who can meet the needs of internationalization and the new millennium, are familiar with foreign economy?law?international regulations as well as the economy?history and culture of Gansu. Only with the help of them, can the cause of interpretation in Gansu be developed, the economic reform of Gansu quickened, foreign economic and cultural communications further expanded, foreign trade increased, tourism urged, foreign markets opened and Gansu accepted by the world. Through pains-taking investigation and analysis of interpretation staff in the economic and cultural fields of Gansu, the project team puts forward practical suggestions as reference for both governments and high institutions.
