60岁以上患者接受髋关节置换术的安全性观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨 6 0岁以上患者是否可以安全地接受髋关节置换术治疗。方法　选择 1 994～ 2 0 0 1年于我院住院行髋关节置换术的 339例病人 ,依据年龄分为两组 ,分析该手术对两组患者内科疾患的影响状况。结果　手术过程对两组的血压、心率影响大致相同 ,术后除肺感染在 6 0岁以上患者发生率高于 6 0岁以下组外 ,其他内科疾患的变化基本相同。结论　通过严格的术前检查、筛选和内科干预治疗 ,绝大多数 6 0岁以上的患者可以安全接受髋关节置换术。Objective\ To study if hip joint replacement is safety for the patients older than 60 years.Method\ The 339 patients who had accepted hip joint replacement in our hospital since 1994 to 2001 were divided into two groups according to that if their age was older than 60 years old,to view if the operation had difference effect in the patients.Result\ The operation had the same effect on the blood pressure,heart rate and the other medical disease in two groups,but pneumonia was higher in the group that the age is older than 60 years old.Conclusion\ Hip joint replacement is safety for the most patients whose age is older than 60 years if prepare of preoperation is perfect.
