摘　　要：目的 :探讨乳腺导管造影技术在非哺乳性溢液中的质量控制。方法 :对 10 6例非哺乳性溢液的女性患者行乳腺导管造影。并对多乳眼溢液行多次乳腺导管造影检查。结果 :10 6例中 93例造影成功 ,成功率为 87.7%。 42例为导管占位性病变 ,阳性率 45 .2 %。结论 :乳腺导管造影在非哺乳性溢液患者的检查中是一种简单安全的技术 。Objective:To evaluate the quality control of galactography in the non lactation women with nipple discharge.Methods:Galactography was performed in 106 cases of the non lactation women with nipple discharge and repeated galactography was performed to examine multiple lactiferous ducts with discharge.Results:Galactography was successful in 93 of the 106 cases,the success rate was 87.7%. There were 42 cases with space occupying lesions of the ducts (positive rate 45.2%).Conclusion:The galactography is a simple and safe method in the examination of the non lactation patients. It is important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mammary ductal diseases.
