摘 要:采用热力学计算分析煤燃烧过程中钙基固氟剂固氟反应平衡过程,探讨钙基固氟剂燃烧固氟的可行性及耐高温复合钙基固氟剂的开发原理,进行钙基固氟剂流化床和链条炉燃烧固氟工业试验.结果表明:流化床燃烧时石灰石固氟效果明显,在Ca/F=60~70时,脱氟率可达66.70%~70.00%,石灰石的添加量和粒度对固氟效果有显著的影响.对于工业链条炉,利用工业废料开发的耐高温复合钙基固氟剂固氟效果显著,在Ca/ F=65~80时,脱氟率达57.32%~75.19%,在燃煤过程添加石灰石和钙基固氟剂具有固氟固硫的双重作用.The thermodynamic equilibrium about CaO-HF reaction at high temperature is studied, the feasibility of fluorine retention during coal combustion by blending calcium-based sorbets and developing principles are discussed, and industrial test results about fluorine retention during coal combustion in fluidized bed and chain-grate furnace have been reported in this paper. The research results have shown that limestone and calcium-based sorbets can restrain the emission of fluorine during coal combustion. The efficiency of fluorine removal by blending lime with coal in fluidized bed combustion can reach 66.70%-70.00% at Ca/F 60-70, Ca/F molar ratio and particle size of limestone shows remarkable effect on the efficiency of fluorine removal. The efficiency of fluorine removal are between 57.32% and 75.19% with mean value 70.58% by blending resistant to elevated calcium-based sorbets with coal in chain-grate furnace combustion, the component and microcosmic structure of calcium-based sorbets shows remarkable effect on the efficiency of fluorine removal. Blending CaO or limestone with coal during coal combustion can remove SO2 and HF simultaneously.
