摘 要:文章设计了以声表面波为振动模式的压电免疫传感器,用于检测溶液中甲胎蛋白(AFP)的含量。实验采用双通道系统进行频率变化的测定,并采用蛋白A在晶体固定AFP抗体。实验结果得到了频率变化和质量附着的定量关系,并与理论分析相比较。试验表明该免疫传感器具有较好的重复性、选择性和敏感性。In this paper, a piezoelectric immunosensor working in a SAW vibration mode is developed to detect the content of α-Fetoprotein in buffer. The measurements utilize a dual-channel system to detect the relevant frequency shift. The AFP antibody is immobilized to the crystal surface via protein A. From the experimental results, the quantitative relation between frequency shift and mass loading is derived, and compared with a theoretical analysis. The results also show that the immunosensor has good reproducibility, selectivity and sensibility.
